1.     Shipping is available nationwide in Australia. Click & Collect is available for local orders to pickup the next working day.

2.     Delivery of products is only available in Australia and only to a physical address.

3.     All orders will be sent via our nominated courier.

4.     Our delivery timeframe of 1–5 working days is from the date the order has been collected by our courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once an order has left our premises, delivery timeframes are subject to the courier’s operations and circumstances outside our control. While we are unable to guarantee delivery times, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in following up with the courier if a delay occurs.

5.     If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
