Major Functional Changes

Optional Lock Screen: The mandatory, complex 4-button unlock sequence from v1 can now be disabled in the settings. You can now use a simple 3-second hold to unlock or remove the lock entirely.
USB-C PD Charging: The v2 supports full USB-C Power Delivery, allowing it to charge faster and work with standard USB-C cables, fixing the picky charging behavior of some v1 units.
On-Demand Mode Overhaul: Instead of 5 fixed presets, the v2 features 3 fully adjustable presets, allowing you to set custom temperatures and durations for on-demand hits.
Improved User Interface: The menu navigation is smoother, faster, and more responsive. A new "residual heat indicator" in On-Demand mode helps track heat levels.
Session Timer Shortcut: You can now instantly check or extend your session time (up to 5 minutes) with a single click on the center button.
Instant Preset Switching: A quick double-click allows you to switch between temperature presets instantly in both Session and On-Demand modes.

Design and Physical Updates

"Sea of Green" Colorway: A new, matte green aluminum finish is available, featuring a green-toned display.
Clickier Buttons: The buttons on the v2 unit are more tactile and responsive than the v1.
Auto-Inverting Display: The screen and button controls now automatically invert when the unit is flipped upside down (e.g., when used with a water pipe).

What Remained the Same

Performance: The core heater, airpath, and vapor quality are identical to the original Solo 3.
Battery: It retains the same long-lasting battery life.
